Lexington Rapid Prototyping Center (LRPC) can produce functional models or functional prototypes at the right level of detail for your project. We produce cnc machined parts or 3D Models, with accuracy to test for fit, form as well as function. LRPC is skilled and practiced in assisting clients through the prototyping process. Utilizing a variety of digital equipment and years of experience.
Mechanical CAD Design
Our mechanical CAD Design services include 2D drafting, detailing, and 3D modeling. Shop/fabrication drawings, patent drawings, Isometric drawings, assembly drawings, and rendered parts/assemblys. We ensure that the drawings are delivered as per the industry standards and appropriate formats & layouts as required by the client. We have a skilled and specialized mechanical drafting team headed by a senior project manager and experienced draftsmen to provide innovative and highly professional drafting services to all kinds of industrial industries.

3D Printing

Assembly
We perform a wide variety of assembly operations, ranging from hardware installation to complete mechanical assembly involving dozens of subcomponents. Our in-house CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication capabilities allow us to manufacture sub-components in-house, which reduces overall costs, compresses lead times and streamlines inventory and handling.
We have a strong team of assembly professionals with the ingenuity to develop new and innovative strategies that improve both assembly efficiency and end-product quality. For sub-components that we manufacture in-house, we review designs to identify any issues and make recommendations for modifications to facilitate downstream assembly.
